In their own words, after the crew went home
A handful of our 279 public reviews, quoted exactly as written. Every one is on HomeStars or Google, including the ones we did not pick.
Still happy a month later
“We wanted to wait until about a month had passed to ensure we didn’t have any issues pop up and were still satisfied with the product/work. I’m happy to say that we’ve encountered no problems and are still very satisfied with the job.”

Picked from four quotes
“We had 4 good companies come in and do quotes and in the end, we are glad we went with Silverline. I’m really happy with the work they did and pricing.”

Their own plant and crews
“I compared several different window companies before deciding to go with Silverline. Their price was reasonable, and they have their own manufacturing plant, installation team and service crew. My representative Adam was very responsible and easy to work with.”

A quote, then time to decide
“Marc was our first point of contact and was professional, friendly and easy to talk to. He did not pressure us into signing anything. He gave us a quote and then let us decide. Some of the other companies that gave us quotes tried to use high-pressure sales tactics.”

Dust kept to a minimum
“The on-site team did a great job protecting our floors and walls during the work. They kept dust to a minimum and prioritized finishing our kitchen first, allowing us to return to normal living as soon as possible.”

Within the quoted budget
“It was a job well done from start to finish. Contractors were polite and professional and the project was completed in 2 days. All 4 residents in the complex were happy and satisfied with the new windows installation. the project was completed on time and within the quoted budget.”

One window, under an hour
“Adam and the team were excellent at Silverline Exterior Solutions. They came and efficiently replaced the window in less than an hour. Would highly recommend to everyone!”

A cooler floor, right away
“The difference in heat on the floor, where the sun shines , is noticeable right away by closing the window.”

A very fair price
“I cannot believe how fabulous these windows are, how amazing the service is and how this company’s price was so very fair. Marc gave me superb advice and I’m thrilled I listened!”

Rebate paperwork handled
“The team was very helpful in explaining the process and guiding us through the rebate program, which we successfully received thanks to their support. They were patient, knowledgeable, and attentive throughout the entire process.”

Good advice, quick install
“Marc was very helpful in suggesting which windows would look better, such as a clear window in the bathroom, to let the sunlight in because it was very high up so no one could see in.”

Canadian made, in 4 hours
“Kevin gave us a fantastic price, and I was so glad to support local business, and not US. The crew were so efficient, I still can’t believe how quickly they completed the work, about 4 hours.”

Price and date both held
“I am satisfied with the windows received. It is a good price, good quality and they were able to meet deadlines.”

They left it clean
“Two skilled installers handled the job. They expertly cut through the exterior stucco wall, reframed it, and installed the wider sliding door seamlessly. After the job was done, they thoroughly cleaned the area and removed all the debris.”

The offer running right now
The first two are money off. The third is the reason our price starts lower than a company that only sells windows.

$5,000in a limited manufacturer top-up
$0 down0% financing, no payments for 3 months
The work does not have to wait until the savings are there. Nothing down, no interest, no payments at all for the first 3 months, then a monthly payment you agree to in writing before anything starts.
No middlemanWe make it, we sell it, we fit it

What one day actually looks like
The reason most people put this off is not the money. It is the picture in your head: the house open to the rain, strangers in every room, dust on everything, and no idea when it ends. Here is what actually happens.
8:00 am
The crew arrives. Drop sheets go down over floors and furniture, and outside under every opening, before a single window comes out.
8:30 am
The first window comes out. One room at a time, so your house is never wide open. Your windows are already built, measured to your openings, sitting on the truck.
Through the day
Each opening is cleared, the new unit is set, leveled, insulated, sealed and trimmed before the crew moves on. Nothing is left half done overnight.
Late afternoon
Caulking and finishing. A magnet goes over the lawn and the driveway.
Before we leave
We walk the house with you, window by window. You open and close every one. Anything you are not happy with gets written down before the van moves.
That evening
The heating stops fighting the windows, and the traffic gets quieter.
Bigger houses and full-frame jobs can run into a second day. We tell you which one yours is when we measure, not on the morning.
Made 20 minutes away, by the people who fit them
Most companies quoting you for windows do not make windows. They sell you a product from a manufacturer, then book a crew to fit it. Three businesses, three margins, three schedules, and three people who can point at each other when something goes wrong.

We are the manufacturer, the measurer and the installer, so there is one margin in your price instead of three. A price that is lower for no visible reason is a price people are right to worry about, so we would rather explain it than advertise it.
We started in 2007 as a window manufacturer and added our own installers afterward, which is the opposite way round from most of this industry. The vinyl units going into your house are extruded, welded, glazed and assembled at our plant on Broadway Street in Port Coquitlam. The crew fitting them is on our payroll.
No waiting on a production slotWe schedule our own factory, which is how a whole house gets done in a day.

We will not tell you we are always the cheapest quote you will get, because we do not know what the others will say. What we can tell you is exactly why ours is shaped the way it is.
Why these windows are warmer, quieter and drier
Metro Vancouver is wet and dark for five months of the year. A window built for a dry climate will make your house cold and your sills wet.
Illustration
Warmer.
Double or triple glazing, Low-E and argon. Every unit ships with its manufacturer label, so the U-factor is printed on your windows.
Illustration
Drier.
Warm edge spacer. The spacer round the sealed unit is where condensation starts. Ours does not conduct cold into the room.
Illustration
Quieter.
Double co-ex gasket. A double co-extruded gasket at the meeting rail, for noticeably better noise cancellation.
Illustration
Sealed.
Double weather stripping. Two seals against the rain and the drafts, on the frame and on the sash.
Illustration
Stronger.
Multi-chamber frame. Air pockets through the frame instead of one hollow cavity, for insulation and rigidity.
Illustration
Secure.
Multi-point lock. The sash locks at several points along its edge, with a night lock vent position for fresh air.
Covered.
Honored by the people who made the window, rather than a supplier who has never seen your house.

Built to BC code, so they pass inspection
“I was skeptical about the energy-efficient windows before they were installed till I received my gas and hydro bills. Numbers talk out loud! My gas cost was 10% lower than last month and hydro bill was more than 30% less.”
HomeStars review
That is one customer’s result on one house, not a promise about yours. What changes for everyone is the draft, the condensation and the noise.
Every style, made to the opening we measure
Every one is made in our Port Coquitlam plant, to the size of your opening. Mix styles across the house, or join them in a single frame.

Horizontal slider
Our signature design. The sash slides sideways on a roller rail, with clean, even sightlines.
Illustration
Single hung
A vertical slider: the lower sash lifts. A good fit for narrow openings.
Illustration
Casement
Hinged at the side and opens outward like a door, so the whole window opens.
Illustration
Awning
Hinged at the top and opens out from the bottom, so it can stay open in light rain.
Illustration
Picture
A fixed pane that does not open, for the clearest view and the tightest seal.
Illustration
Bay and bow
Three or more units set at an angle out from the wall, for light and a little room.
Illustration
Combination
Sliders, picture and push-out units joined in one frame, laid out to suit.
Illustration
Custom shape
Arches and other shapes, joined to standard units and made to your opening.

If you want these units priced for your actual openings, that starts with a measure.
If yours is not here, call 604-942-0488 and ask it.
Do I need to be home?
Someone over 18 needs to be there to let the crew in and to do the walk-round at the end. You do not need to take the whole day off.
Is it really one day?
For most houses, yes. Bigger homes, full-frame replacements and anything needing structural work can run to a second day. We tell you which yours is when we measure, not on the morning.
How does the $0 down, 0% financing work?
You put nothing down, pay no interest, and make no payments for the first 3 months. After that, the monthly payment is set out in writing before the work is booked. Financing is on approved credit, so there is a credit check, and you will see the full terms before you sign anything. If you would rather not finance it, you do not have to.
Is there still a window rebate in BC?
Yes, but a smaller one than many ads say. The program of up to $9,500 closed on 6 July 2026, and the federal Greener Homes loan closed in October 2025. What is left is $100 per window or door opening, to a maximum of $2,000 per home. You need a BC Hydro or FortisBC account, a licensed contractor, and windows that meet the program U-factor threshold. We produce the manufacturer labels showing the U-factor, and our office fills in the paperwork with you. It does not apply inside the City of Vancouver boundary.
What about the mess?
Drop sheets go down inside and out before the first window comes out, and a magnet goes over the lawn and driveway before we leave. We walk the house with you before the van moves.
Do you repair windows?
No. We make and replace windows, and we do not take on repairs to existing ones. If you are not sure which you need, call 604-942-0488 and ask.
Can I do part of the house now and the rest later?
Yes. Plenty of customers do the worst rooms first and come back for the rest. It is worth asking us to hold your per-window price if you are planning it that way.
What is the warranty?
A lifetime warranty on the frame, 20 years on the glass and 25 years on the installation. Because we made the windows, a warranty claim does not get routed through a supplier who has never seen your house.
Do you do strata and rental buildings?
Yes. We have done buildings of 24 and 27 units. Tell us on the form and we will route you to the right person.
What if my windows are an odd size or shape?
We make them, so odd sizes are not a problem. Bay, bow, awning, casement, slider, picture and combination units are all made in our plant, double or triple glazed.
Pick a day. Come home to a warmer house.
Tell us when suits you and roughly how many windows you have. We will come and measure, put the price in writing, and give you a date.
