Terms of use
These terms cover this page and any quote request you send through it. They are not the contract for your windows. That is the written quote you sign, and it is the document that governs the work.

What a quote request is, and is not
- Sending the form asks us to call you and book a time to measure. It does not book an installation and it does not commit you to anything.
- We do not charge for the measure or the written quote.
- A price becomes binding only when it is issued in writing after we measure, and only on the terms written on it. Nothing on this page is an offer you can accept by itself.
- We may decline a request, most often because the address is outside the area we serve.
Offers, financing and rebates
- Any offer shown on this page applies on the terms written in your quote, and can end or change without notice.
- Financing is on approved credit and is set out in writing before any work is booked.
- Government rebates are run by their own programs, which set and change their own rules. We tell you at the measure whether your address appears to qualify, but the program decides.
Information you give us
Please give us accurate details, because your quote is built from what you tell us and from what we measure. How we handle what you send is set out in our privacy policy.
What governs the work itself
If you go ahead, the work is governed by your signed written quote and any documents that come with it, including the warranty terms. Those documents, not this page, are the agreement between us.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
Changes
If these terms change, the date at the top of this page changes with them.
